First, ensure that the tumbler is assembled correctly and all parts are in their proper place, including the silicone rings inside the lid. The lid of the TRAVEL TUMBLER consists of two pieces: the smaller piece is for the cap, and the larger piece is for the drinking lid in the middle.
Each part of the rings has a flat side and a notched side.
Make sure to install both pieces so that the notched side faces the front of the tumbler.
The lids and silicone rings for the Travel Tumbler were updated in June 2024.
For the new model, attach the silicone rings with the flap facing outward.
Ensure the lid is securely closed.
Due to the tumbler’s design, the top cap and drinking lid may close at an angle. When tightening the lid, make sure it is parallel to the tumbler. Place the top cap directly over the main body and the drinking lid so they align properly.
Once you turn the lid counterclockwise and tighten it until you feel a "click," it will be securely fastened. Keep in mind that if the top cap is tightened too much, the drinking lid may loosen as well. You can check if the drinking lid is secure by placing your hand on it when you open the lid.
Also, check the condition of the silicone ring. Over time, it can lose its elasticity and may cause leaks. If the ring is deteriorated or damaged, we recommend replacing it. You can purchase replacement silicone rings here (please ensure you select the correct size).
