Q. The stainless steel filter is discolored.

The oil of the coffee can discolor the product.
If it is a light discoloration, it can be improved by washing it carefully with lukewarm water and dishwashing detergent, but if it does not come off, please try the following soaking method:

1. Fill a bowl with hot or lukewarm water, and add a heaping teaspoon of oxygen bleach or baking soda to dissolve.
2. Immerse the stainless steel filter and leave it until the hot water cools down.
3. When the hot water cools down, remove the filter and rinse it well.
