If you are looking to cancel the order we ask you to contact us as soon as possible via the contact form and provide us with the order number and your request for canceling the order. If the order has not been processed and shipped we can manually cancel the order. Please note that KINTO Europe and our warehouse operate from Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00.
